excellent location with friendly staff

The location is perfect for sports fans as it is very close to the Real Madrid FC stadium. The staff greeted us warmly and assisted us seamlessly throughout our stay.

The lounge, while enjoyable, could benefit from a bit more variety in snacks offered.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The pool spa features were closed for maintenance during my visit, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Additionally, the service at reception was unhelpful when I asked about nearby amenities. I felt like I was just bothering them with questions.

The pools were refreshing, the spa was great, and we loved chilling at the rooftop bar with great city views. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant LED lobby that felt so welcoming! My family felt very cared for, and the room was spacious for us all.

Good for a comfy stay

The stay was good overall! The staff was friendly and the in-room breakfast was a nice touch. My suite was cozy, but man, that AC was a letdown—just wouldn't cool down. Also, double-check your charges. I got hit for using the sauna without warning. Could've been clearer!
